Third Edition of TEDx Hyderabad Held

One of India’s fastest growing and flagship TEDx events, TEDx Hyderabad organized their third edition of the event ‘DO’ TEDx Hyderabad, this year and showcased 13 speakers and 2500 participated and five speakers were Hyderabadis.

Some of the speakers included transgender champion Gauri Sawant, social entrepreneurs Anshu Gupta and Pradeep Lokhande, activist and co-founder of anti-trafficking organisation `Prajwala’ Sunitha Krishnan, photojournalist GMB Akash, hope creator Elca Grobler;  former Indian Army officer Lt Gen Zameer Uddin Shah; Mukesh Aghi, Global Strategizer; Kalpana Saroj, Disruptive Millionaire; Anu Acharya, Genome Guru. “We have been trying to build a community of Thinkers, Enablers, and Doers within Hyderabad,” informed Dr. Anthony Vipin Das, Organiser and Viiveck Verma, Co-organiser of the event.

Mir Alam Tank was constructed in just two years. Constuction was started on 25th July 1804 and it was completed on 8th June 1806. It was built under the supervision of H. Russell of Royal Engineers of the Madras Regiment.
